F1 drivers, many of them young, have been arrested after admitting to stealing a Ferrari in a £1.5m loan.
The driver, who was 21, was jailed for six months after admitting causing a dangerous driving offence on Monday.
The 21-year-old driver of the £1,988,600 car was caught driving a stolen BMW after driving to the UK from Spain, a court heard.
A court was told that the driver was driving a Ferrari 458 Italia and that he had paid £400,000 in the deal.
The court was also told that he drove the car to a hotel and had £400 in cash in his wallet before taking the Ferrari into the garage.
He drove the vehicle around the motorway in the city centre before returning to the house, where he took a shower, the court heard
